Speck from our farm
Pork from our farm keeps the connection between farm and kitchen clear.

We cook simple, fresh food rooted in the region. Family recipes meet ingredients from our farm and elsewhere in South Tyrol. Pappardelle with deer ragout, dumplings and homemade “Schlutzkrapfen” share the menu with hearty meat dishes and sweet treats.
Dumplings, “Schlutzkrapfen” and other local classics bring Grandma Maria's recipes to the table. We make them fresh and give good ingredients the time they need to shine.
We use beef from our own farm for burgers, goulash and tagliata. It keeps the origin close and gives each dish a personal connection to the place around us.
After a walk, something sweet is always welcome. Apple strudel, Kaiserschmarrn and our desserts are made here and pair perfectly with a quiet break on the mountain.
What comes from our meadows and the farm also shapes our kitchen. Our own products and regional ingredients mean short distances and flavours rooted in the mountains.

Pork from our farm keeps the connection between farm and kitchen clear.

Our own farming gives each dish a traceable origin, from the farm to the plate.

Our hens have space to roam and are part of everyday life on the farm. We use their eggs fresh in our kitchen when the season and the dish call for them.
